Returns and Exchange
- Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit, or you have received the incorrect product.
- Please check all information on sizes, length, weight, finish before placing your order. We mention all possible information on our website. Also, please feel free to mail and ask us in case you need any more information.
- We take a lot of care in ensuring that the product is packed properly and sent to you. In the unlikely case of a damage, please inform us along with photographs of the product and package within 24 hours of receipt. You can respond to your original order email so it's easy for us to track.
- Once we approve the return, we will inform you what is the best way to return the product to us.
- We will issue a refund. Refunds will be made only after we received the shipment from you.
In case of a return/exchange,
- Please email us at contact@jauhri.com with a photograph of the product and the package.
- Once we approve the return/exchange, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
- We will issue a refund to the bank account as provided by you in your email. Refunds will only be made once we have received the shipment.
- Additional shipping charges on returns/exchanges will be applicable.
Product photographs and colors
We shoot our products in natural light and ensure that the colors are projected as close to the original. However, every screen setting is different, and you may not see the same hues of colors.
Also, most of our products are handcrafted. So slight differences are natural and cannot be considered as manufacturing error.
Products containing natural and semi-precious stones will come with their own irregularities which again cannot be considered as a defect.
